About the Role
We are launching a brand new live trading card channel on Whatnot, backed by an existing audience of 90,000+ followers, and we are looking for the right person to run it. This role is for someone who genuinely understands the sports card hobby, enjoys being on camera, and knows how to keep a live stream entertaining. You will be hosting live streams where you open packs, break boxes, and sell cards live to hundreds of viewers. The aim is to build one of the most engaging card streams in the UK. If you know the hobby, understand the market, and are comfortable talking to an audience while ripping packs, this could be a great opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting live streams on Whatnot
- Opening packs and breaking boxes live on stream
- Selling cards and interacting with the live audience
- Building hype around pulls and keeping the stream entertaining
- Helping grow and shape the new channel from the ground up
Essential Requirements
- Strong understanding of sports trading cards (especially football/soccer)
- Comfortable hosting live streams and being on camera
- Understanding of card breaking and the wider card market
- Genuine interest in the trading card hobby
- Confident speaking to a live audience
Schedule
- 2–3 streams per week
- Mix of daytime and evening streams
- Flexible scheduling
Location
Streams will be hosted in person from our studio just outside Watford, Hertfordshire, so applicants must be able to travel to the location.
