Responsibilities

  • Hubspot administration: Serve as the primary Hubspot admin, responsible for building and maintaining workflows, forms, integrations with other tools, user permissions, customizing system settings, and staying current with Hubspot features to ensure the platform is fully leveraged.
  • Martech ecosystem: Maintain and optimize the broader marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integrations and accurate data flows with HubSpot, including Salesforce, Splash, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Marketo Measure, and 6sense. Troubleshoot sync issues, configure API connections, manage field mapping, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, reporting, and lead management.
  • Day-to-day operations: Support daily operational tasks such as importing and cleansing contact lists, building targeted audiences, troubleshooting integration errors, creating and refining workflows, and configuring new contact and company properties. Respond to stakeholder requests promptly and ensure campaigns and operations are executed accurately and on time.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, SDR, Data Analytics, and other RevOps teams to support campaign and operational needs. Gather requirements, share progress updates, and assist in setting up Hubspot-based solutions.
  • Data quality: Monitor and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot to ensure accurate, consistent information across the marketing and sales funnel, including managing duplicates, standardizing picklist values, auditing properties, enforcing naming conventions, and automating data integrity processes.
  • Email deliverability: Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, engagement metrics, and implement best practices for list hygiene, segmentation, and frequency management. Manage IP warming and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as needed.
  • Privacy and legal compliance: Ensure marketing practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and configure settings to enforce consent and opt-out preferences.
  • Stakeholder training & enablement: Develop and deliver training, documentation, and resources to maximize HubSpot and marketing tools usage. Provide coaching and step-by-step guides to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for marketing operations processes, system configurations, integration workflows, and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, admin experience highly preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with Salesforce and objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Campaigns.
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing tech systems and integrations, with ability to troubleshoot data sync issues and support accurate data flows between platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with data cleansing, deduplication, formatting, and importing into HubSpot; basic formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
  • Understanding of the B2B demand waterfall and lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL) and how marketing activities connect to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and engagement metrics; familiarity with events, content syndication, webinars, and related operational steps.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and related regulations; understanding consent management and data retention.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with QA experience, dashboard/report building, and ability to identify efficiency improvements; collaborative with process-driven teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for repetitive or data-related tasks and willingness to explore automation opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with Agile sprint methodologies and operational frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. Base salary is {87,000 – 100,000 USD}, with additional components such as equity and benefits. Actual base salary varies based on market, skills, and experience.
