Are you seeking an exciting career in account management, looking to take on an established region, build lasting relationships, and drive growth across Wales? The Account Manager will play a key role in developing and enhancing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and brand exposure across Wales. This position blends commercial responsibility with practical technical support on farm, creating a diverse and rewarding workload. This role will focus on increasing product visibility, delivering technical training and support, and generating sales through structured monthly and annual promotional campaigns. You will offer advice and support on equipment installation and commissioning, to help customers improve performance and maximise the value of the product range. Ideally located in South Wales, you will work remotely with full responsibility for managing your schedule and travel across the territory, with occasional overnight stays. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, self-motivated individual with a background in agriculture, forestry, fencing or contracting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to ensure sales targets are met.
- Foster and nurture strong business relationships with an established dealer network, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services available, offering tailored solutions and product training to customers on-farm.
- Actively develop and generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quotes, ordering, campaigns, and conduct after sales visits to the end user.
- Attend trade shows and events, promoting the brand and increasing company presence.

- A good knowledge and understanding of livestock and grassland management.
