In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with both clients and candidates to create successful, long-term placements. Role Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, approach, and assess potential candidates through database searches, personal networks, online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Create and maintain target lists of companies and industry sectors to support candidate identification.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective advertising campaigns, including content, messaging, and suitable advertising platforms.
- Manage and review applications, assess candidate suitability against role requirements, conduct initial screening conversations, and present qualified candidates to the senior team for consideration.
- Maintain regular and timely communication with candidates, provide feedback throughout the recruitment process, promote opportunities effectively, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Prepare candidate documentation; format CVs, write detailed candidate summaries based on interviews and team input, maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively across the business, providing support with recruitment initiatives and wider business activities as required.
