About the Role

This role offers the autonomy, portfolio, and market presence to elevate your standing within Scotland’s rural property sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially astute rural property professional to join a highly respected agency within the rural and agricultural sector. The Rural & Farm Estate Agent role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of farms, estates, and smallholdings, providing the opportunity to build lasting client relationships across Edinburgh and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of a well-regarded business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage the sale and purchase of rural property and associated professional work to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and targeted marketing campaigns to attract and secure new business
  • Drive and contribute to business development activity, including coordinating and hosting networking events
  • Manage the full sales process from buyer qualification and database management, to negotiating and agreeing on purchasing and sales terms
  • Expand market presence through strategic networking, relationship building, and identifying cross-divisional opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding client service at every stage of the journey, ensuring full compliance with company procedures
