We are seeking an ambitious and seasoned Estate Agent Branch Manager to lead our client's thriving Macclesfield office. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for providing accurate property valuations and ensuring properties are listed and marketed swiftly and efficiently to maximise sales. Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate property valuations and prepare properties for sale or rent by organising high-quality photographs, creating floor plans, and gathering essential documentation such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and other relevant property details for marketing purposes.
  • List and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online platforms and social media, collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance and optimise advertising strategies.
  • Organise property viewings and attend appointments with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding their needs and offering tailored property options while advising on current market conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a highly professional and informative manner, guiding clients through the process to ensure they are fully informed of all legal and financial considerations.
  • Lead and manage a small office team, whilst overseeing the daily office operations, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly to support a successful agency.

Skills you will need:

  • Proven experience in estate agency and/or property sales.
  • A strong knowledge of the local property market and surrounding area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of property regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
