About the Role

As the Product Sales Manager, you’ll drive sustainable growth across the UK market while shaping the future of cutting‑edge agricultural technology. We are looking for a strategic, results‑oriented professional to take ownership of executing our client’s commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • To implement an international strategy at a regional level, ensuring commercial product and service goals are achieved
  • To lead and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture that enables employees to thrive and reach their full potential
  • To oversee and lead the rollout of new products, ensuring they deliver value and strengthen customer experience
  • To manage budgets, targets, and KPIs, monitoring performance to achieve business objectives
  • To support strategic planning and operations, optimising efficiency, service quality, and sustained growth

Qualifications

Essential: Proven experience at a senior management level or in a managerial role

Required Skills

  • Proven history of meeting sales targets, executing strategic plans, and fostering business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team to success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with a variety of audiences
  • An understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly within the Ag Tech sector or dairy
  • A strong strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • A high level of commercial and financial acumen
  • A strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and services
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing a remote team
  • A UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK

Pay range and compensation package
