We are looking for an organised and approachable HR and Business Support Advisor to join a progressive large-scale farming business with a diverse multi-site operation across Shropshire and Powys. In this part-time role, you will become a trusted point of contact for staff, taking ownership of HR activities across multiple sites, providing guidance and support, and helping ensure the business operates in line with company policies and industry requirements.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong working relationships across a loyal and diverse team, becoming the go-to person for HR support and advice. Our client is offering a flexible approach to working hours, making this opportunity ideally suited to someone seeking one to two days per week alongside other commitments or responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general advice and administrative support on HR and health and safety matters
  • Manage employee relations, recruitment and HR administration processes
  • Manage the implementation and review of company policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with employment and health and safety regulations
  • Ensure accurate records, documentation, and reports are available when requested
Qualifications:Essential: Previous experience in HR or a related role
