Responsibilities:
- To build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, creating structure with a results-driven culture
- To develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth through farmer engagement and relationship-building across the UK
- To oversee and optimise the end-to-end sales systems, using analytics and technology to drive process excellence
- To represent the company at industry events and key customer meetings
- To collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and conversion
- To stay abreast of industry trends to drive growth, achieve targets, and identify opportunities in new markets
Qualifications:
Essential: Degree qualification within sales, business, or a related field
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams, coaching, inspiring, and leading by example
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with excellent sales skills and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A knowledge and understanding of agriculture, particularly the beef sector
- A team collaborator who can work effectively and cohesively across the business
- A relationship builder able to build and maintain lasting business relationships
- A strategic thinker with good business acumen
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads to meet business needs
- Self-motivated, with a practical, hands-on approach
- Confident in using data, analysing trends, and driving positive outcomes
- Highly professional and results-driven
- UK driving licence, with the desire to travel across the UK, and willing to travel internationally when required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working across European markets
