  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for strategic decision-making.
  • Support procurement-related tasks, such as market research, supplier performance tracking, and project updates.
  • Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning board meetings, corporate events, and cross-functional projects.
  • Keep projects and priorities on track by anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven EA or senior admin experience, ideally in food production, agriculture, or supply chain environments.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional tone.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience managing confidential business information.
  • A calm, adaptable approach with great judgment and initiative.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a fast-paced leadership team.
