Role Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and management of own-brand formulations and B2B product innovations, ensuring high-quality, market-leading solutions.
- To continuously adapt formulations to accommodate raw material supply changes while maintaining product consistency, profitability, and accurate costings through feed formulation software.
- To ensure full compliance with UFAS, HACCP, and industry regulations by managing recordings, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate risk assessments.
- To oversee adherence to environmental permits, AIC standards, and product legislation across all packaging, digital platforms, and publication channels.
- To work collaboratively with the production team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while providing technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts.
- To engage with customers by addressing inquiries, representing the company at industry trade shows, and offering administrative support to the production team as needed.
Skills you will need:
