An exciting opportunity to begin a rewarding career as a Graduate Agricultural Lecturer with a leading education provider in the South of England.

We're seeking an enthusiastic graduate or industry professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

No previous teaching experience or qualifications are required.

Responsibilities : Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, using effective assessment methods to ensure strong student outcomes Create schemes of work and contribute to curriculum development aligned with industry and academic standards Monitor and manage student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement in learning Provide student support and act as a personal tutor setting targets, and promoting student welfare and engagement Contribute to quality improvement processes, maintain accurate records, meet KPIs, and support audits and awarding bodies inspections Participate in wider college activities, CPD, team collaboration, recruitment events, and promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding Qualifications : Degree or relevant qualification in agriculture or a related sector GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths (Level 2+) Required Skills : Strong interest in the agricultural sector, particularly livestock production and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, adaptable and able to manage workload effectively A collaborative team player who can also work independently Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and embrace new challenges Passionate about supporting and developing others Proficiency in using MS Office applications Preferred Skills : Previous teaching or training experience (or willingness to achieve) Pay range and compensation package : A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience including an exceptional pension, generous holiday allowance and relocation support (if required).
