About the Role: As a Technical Account Manager, you will build strong, trusted relationships with dairy farmers across South Wales, advising on breeding decisions and supporting herd development through innovative programmes and practical herd management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined territory, developing strong customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth by following up leads, expanding existing accounts, and developing new customers.
- Conduct regular on-farm visits to understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical advice, products, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and technical specialists to support key accounts and contribute to wider sales initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally at farm visits, meetings, agricultural shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- A strong knowledge and understanding of livestock reproduction systems.
- Experience of working with large dairy herds.
