We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our team as a Senior Growth Manager focused on carbon credit sales. You will be responsible for securing advanced market carbon credit offtake commitments for Cultivo's rapidly expanding pipeline of nature-based land regeneration projects with a primary focus on grasslands/rangelands in North America. The projects are designed to the highest quality, a feature being equitable benefit sharing, delivering social impact, biodiversity and water net gain and sequestering carbon. You will bring a global network of relationships with sustainability professionals and corporations.

Requirements
- 5+ years business to business sales experience including carbon credit sales to corporations and over the counter (OTC) and complex deals
- Extensive Corporate network with Sustainability leaders
- Track record of delivery against targets and revenue/sales growth
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- International experience - comfortable working across geographies and cultures
- Relevant undergraduate Degree or higher qualification
- Knowledge of nature based carbon removal projects and soil organic carbon Grasslands/Rangelands a distinct advantage
- Understand voluntary and compliance carbon market trends, regulations, standards and methodologies
- Ability to balance attention to detail with working at pace
- Ability to work across multiple projects with good time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language, Spanish language an advantage
- Purpose driven mindset - passionate about environmental and social impact
- Flexible approach, comfortable dealing with change and ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills, to be effective with a remote and diverse team
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes full ownership and can work independently while in a team environment
- Humility, willingness to learn and an active listener
