At Cultivate Recruitment Group (CRG), we're growing and are looking for a Sales & Operations Support professional to join our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in supporting the business by helping us attract top talent through internal recruitment, while also ensuring our systems and software are running efficiently behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing our internal recruitment process – sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews for future CRG team members.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of our CRM and recruitment software.
- Assisting with system administration and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Providing operational support to the wider team.
- Helping improve internal processes as we continue to grow.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
What we're looking for:
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous recruitment, administration or operations experience is beneficial, but not essential.
