CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Sports Brand Partnerships Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

CORE TASKS & DUTIES:

  • Establish and manage relationships across major sport brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations
  • Negotiate efficient partnership agreements leveraging knowledge of industry standards and the Culted brand to drive discussions
  • Meet set targets by closing deals
  • Communicate partner needs and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and in budget
  • Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the sport, fitness and lifestyle industry that can be leveraged in partner activations
  • Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences
  • Produce monthly forecasting reports
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Two or more years of experience in sales
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Has proven record of excellent writing for commercial purposes
  • Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of sport, luxury lifestyle, fitness, and their trends
  • Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok
  • Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
  • Solve issues in a positive manner
  • Is active on LinkedIn and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times
  • Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity
  • Is extremely dynamic and eager to learn new skills
  • Has professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors

SKILLS:

  • You will be a natural target focused closer of deals
  • Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Keynote, etc.
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Project and campaign management skills
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
  • Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
