Rad Media is a Gen‑Z multimedia group and creative agency, housing Culted, CultedXO, and Rad Studio. Since our launch in 2019, we’ve been at the forefront of Gen‑Z culture, producing and publishing content daily at the speed of social media. Our work spans fashion, beauty, art, sport, music, and youth culture – always with a forward‑thinking perspective that resonates with young audiences. With a fast‑growing international audience of over 2.5 million users, we are now looking for a skilled and talented London‑based Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time basis.
Core tasks and duties:
- Manage and support CEO with relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations.
- Communicate partner needs and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure programmes are developed and delivered on time and in budget.
- Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the fashion, music and lifestyle industry that can be leveraged in partner activations.
- Outreach to the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences.
- Attend partnership meetings with the CEO and ensure all communications are taken note of.
- Produce monthly forecasting reports.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
The successful candidate:
- One or more years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proven record of excellent writing for commercial purposes.
- Strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends.
- Thorough understanding of all current social‑media platforms, especially TikTok, of interest to Gen‑Z.
- Positive, solution‑first attitude and a willingness to solve issues in a positive manner.
- Active on LinkedIn and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times.
- Ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity.
- Extremely dynamic and eager to learn new skills.
- Professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors.
