We don’t do boring media buys. We build culturally disruptive, highly aesthetic, 360-degree campaigns and we are looking for a brilliant, plugged-in Brand Partnerships Manager to take our Beauty & Luxury category and make it their own.
The Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a commercially minded, culturally fluent self-starter. If you know your Byredo from your Pat McGrath, understand the difference between quiet luxury and archive fashion, and know exactly how to connect those worlds with brand budgets this is for you.
You won’t be sitting around waiting for inbound briefs. You’ll be proactively taking our brand to market, pitching ideas you actually care about, and turning viral moments into high-value, beautiful partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Real Impact: You’ll be handed the keys to the Beauty & Luxury category, with an exciting mandate to generate £500k – £1m+ in partnership revenue within your first 6–9 months.
- Leveraging Your Black Book: You’ll tap into your existing network of tier-1 beauty conglomerates, luxury fashion houses, and agency contacts, opening doors to create campaigns that actually look good on the grid.
- Ideation & Pitching: You’ll spot upcoming trends in the prestige beauty and luxury space before they hit the mainstream. You’ll collaborate with our creative teams to build proactive, aesthetic-first pitches that clients simply can’t say no to.
- Owning the Room: From that initial coffee at 180 Strand to negotiating the final premium budget, you’ll lead the conversation and act as the face of Culted to the luxury market.
- Managing the Magic: You’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes managing your pipeline cleanly, forecasting accurately, and ensuring your sold campaigns are handed over beautifully to the production team.

- You’ve done this before: You have a proven, undeniable track record of closing high-value media and creative partnerships in the luxury/beauty space, scaling up to the £500k+ mark.
- You’re deeply embedded in the culture: You don’t just scroll TikTok; you understand the alchemy of Gen-Z aesthetics. You know what’s shifting in prestige beauty, streetwear, and luxury right now.
- You speak the language of luxury: You know that in this sector, visual identity is everything. You can build a pitch deck that looks like an editorial lookbook, and you write beautifully for commercial purposes.
- You’re a natural self-starter: You have a tenacious, light-on-your-feet, solution-first attitude. You kick off conversations, find the budget, and make things happen without needing hand-holding.
- You’re highly efficient: You know how to balance late-night launch parties and relationship-building with sharp pipeline management and solid organizational skills.
