We are now recruiting for experienced Front of House staff to join our growing team at recently opened The Clarence. The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, who also run Michelin starred Cail Bruich & Michelin recommended Brett & offers a modern brasserie, grill & bar concept in the leafy west end neighbourhood of Hyndland.
We pride ourselves in being a relaxed and quality dining establishment, focusing on great, personable service and excellent product knowledge to guide guests through their dining experience in our open kitchen restaurant.
We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in delivering high quality service, working as part of a team & a willingness to learn. The pay & benefits package includes: Starting pay £12.21 PH depending on experience plus a share of TRONC tips from service charge & cash tips. About the Role
Assisting the front of house team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, which will include: Providing first class service. Being comfortable with guest interaction. Showing a positive can-do attitude at all times. Maintaining good communication with the kitchen and front-of-house team. Having a genuine willingness to learn & improve.
About You
We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoys developing a team, providing consistent support to the restaurant manager throughout their role. You will naturally lead by example and be a supporting manager to our junior team members. You will be constantly looking to improve the team, leading to a better experience for guests and helping to create an enjoyable work culture.
