About us
We are passionate about great food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere.
Brett is a relaxed, urban restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide, located in Kelvinbridge. We focus on cooking over fire from an open kitchen and exploring wine pairings with guests. The open countertop kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, offering guests a front-row seat to culinary creations. Alternatively, classical seating is available by the window or on the mezzanine, providing a variety of dining experiences. Our wine list is modern and eclectic, featuring producers from around the world, complemented by house-bottled cocktails and artisan soft drinks.
The Group
The Cultar Restaurant Group is a collection of progressive, seasonally-focused restaurants based in Glasgow, Scotland. We support emerging talent across back and front-of-house teams, creating a diverse team of hospitality professionals eager to provide high-quality service in all our venues. Our venues include Glasgow\’s Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, gastro pub The Clarence, and our newest venue, The Caravan Shop, a bar, eatery, and bottle shop.
