The Role
- Working on the service bar, making drinks (wine, cocktails, coffees)
- Serving drinks & food.
- Serving and explaining wines to guests.
- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting‑up, preparation, and cleaning down after service.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- 1 year of wine knowledge (preferred)
- Great knowledge of food
- Great knowledge of drinks – including Old World wine, Scottish spirits, cocktails
- A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- A desire to develop and learn new skill sets.
