The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This is a hands‑on role suited to a natural host who leads from the floor and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent service. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
- Lead, support, and mentor servers, hosts, and bar staff.
- Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams to maintain service standards.
- Lead pre‑shift briefings and foster a positive, motivated, and knowledgeable team culture.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently.
- Monitor floor performance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Assist with reservations, floor plans, and opening/closing procedures.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in a high‑quality restaurant, pub, or hospitality‑led venue.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and clear communication.
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering consistent service.
- Possesses strong food and drink knowledge (wine knowledge beneficial but not essential).
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Is flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends.
