Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced waiting staff to join our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised service in a dynamic and progressive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu and ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in high-end or fine dining establishments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and locally sourced food
• A proactive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
