We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Waiting Staff to join our front‑of‑house team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy service environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive hospitality.

As a member of our waiting team, you will:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable table service throughout lunch and dinner services
  • Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure every detail of their experience is just right
  • Support the wider front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow and succeed in your role.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least one year of experience in a fast‑paced, quality restaurant environment
  • Have an interest in food, wine, and hospitality (wine knowledge is a bonus)
  • Are warm, friendly, and confident with guests
  • Have a strong eye for detail and pride yourself on great service
  • Can read guests well and respond to their needs naturally
  • Are flexible with availability, including weekends
