The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house team. This is a hands‑on role for a natural host with a genuine passion for great service, food, and drink, who leads from the floor and sets the tone for each service. As Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering warm, confident hospitality while supporting the management team in day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and supervise daily front‑of‑house service, ensuring consistently high standards.
  • Lead by example on the floor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
  • Motivate, support, and mentor servers and hosts to build a positive team environment.
  • Share enthusiasm for the menu, food, and drinks with both guests and the team.
  • Assist with pre‑shift briefings and help develop product knowledge across the floor.
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and atmosphere throughout service.
  • Assist with reservations, floor management, and opening/closing procedures as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a quality hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and drink, and enjoys engaging with guests.
  • Leads confidently with a calm, positive, and supportive approach.
  • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a close‑knit team.
  • Has an interest in wine and drinks (wine knowledge or training is preferable but not essential).
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and remains composed under pressure.
  • Is flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends.
