Join Our Team at The Clarence! We are currently hiring a Chef de Partie to strengthen our friendly, hardworking team. We are seeking experienced industry professionals with a passion for learning and a drive to be the best every day.
About Us: The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, which also operates Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, Michelin-recommended Brett & our newest venue - The Caravan Shop. Our recently refurbished restaurant & bar offers modern classics in a relaxed and welcoming environment. At the heart of everything we do is technique and execution of the product.

Core Skills & Requirements:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
- Have a genuine passion for great food, with experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
- Be a team player with effective communication skills
- Be organised, capable of managing a section by preparing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists, and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Take pride in your role and appearance
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every day
