Brett is a relaxed, urban neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Kelvinbridge, centred around cooking over fire from our open kitchen. The open countertop kitchen is the vibrant hub of the space, giving guests a front‑row seat to the action. We also offer a mix of window seating and an intimate mezzanine dining area to create a variety of guest experiences. Our wine list is modern and eclectic, showcasing global producers, and is complemented by house‑bottled cocktails and artisan soft drinks.

We are seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and keen to grow within a progressive kitchen environment. In this role, you will:

  • Run your own section within our open kitchen
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes
  • Contribute to the development of new dishes and maintain high standards at all times
  • Be part of a team that values excellence, creativity, and progression

This is an ideal position for a talented Commis chef who is looking to progress towards a Chef de Partie role in the near future.
