Brett is a relaxed, urban restaurant with a focus on cooking over fire from an open kitchen situated in the bustling neighbourhood of Kelvinbridge. The open countertop kitchen is the beating heart of the restaurant, where guests can take a front-row seat and watch the culinary creations come to life. Alternatively, more classical seating is available by the window or intimate mezzanine level, giving guests a variety of dining experiences. The wine list is modern and eclectic, featuring producers from across the globe, complemented by our house-bottled cocktails and artisan soft drinks.
At Brett, our main mission is to bring great experiences to all of our customers and we are looking for people who are just as passionate about doing this as we are. As a Senior Chef De Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the open plan kitchen, contributing to the goal of delivering the best food possible to our customers. We are looking for someone who is looking to progress in their career and move into a Sous Chef position in the near future.

- Able to organise a complete section by writing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists & prioritising tasks efficiently
- Takes pride in their role & also their appearance
- Demonstrates a great attention to detail & a strive for excellence on a daily basis
