The team consists of about 75 individuals, from in-house designers and trade managers to friendly customer service staff. The company is going from strength to strength, launching in-house furniture designs, new websites, and a new showroom. Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Greet all showroom visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product ranges and offerings.
- Support the customer journey by listening carefully and offering helpful guidance throughout their visit.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Sales & Showroom Support
- Assist in processing customer orders and sample requests.
- Prepare the showroom for the day, ensuring presentation and cleanliness standards are met.
- Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and showroom displays.
- Help maintain stock of swatches available to clients.
- Communicate customer feedback and observations to the Showroom Supervisor.
- Support weekend showroom events or promotional activities as required.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure a smooth handover and continuity of service between weekdays and weekends.
The Weekend Sales Assistant supports the Showroom Supervisor in delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with CULT values.
