The Role
The Creative Brand Manager will be responsible for protecting and elevating the Cult Furniture brand across all visual and written outputs. This role sits at the centre of brand styling, CGI lifestyle imagery, campaign creative direction and tone of voice. You will work closely with the Head of Brand, PR & Partnerships Manager, ecommerce teams and external creatives to ensure the brand remains distinctive, aspirational and commercially relevant. The role will work very closely with the Brand Marketing Campaign Manager to heavily influence the visual style, tone and creative direction of all social content, in particular across Pinterest, where they will feed through lifestyle and product pins.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Guardianship
- Act as a guardian of the Cult Furniture brand across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure consistency of visual identity, styling and tone of voice across all channels
- Approve creative assets across campaigns, ecommerce, editorial and social
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and creative standards
- Review and sign off photography, video, CGI and campaign creative
- Ensure all content reflects the aspirational positioning of the brand
- Lifestyle CGI & Creative Direction
- Lead the briefing and creative direction of lifestyle CGI imagery
- Oversee scene styling, product selection and visual composition
- Provide detailed feedback and approvals to CGI artists and external creatives
- Ensure imagery supports hero products and aligns with campaign messaging
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure imagery is delivered in line with launch timelines
- Photography & Campaign Styling
- Support the creative development of brand and campaign shoots
- Assist with location sourcing, model selection and shoot preparation
- Oversee styling and product setup during shoots
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists and creative freelancers
- Ensure campaign visuals align with the Cult brand aesthetic
- Tone of Voice & Brand Messaging
- Own and evolve the Cult Furniture tone of voice
- Review copy across email, website, campaign and editorial content
- Ensure messaging remains consistent, aspirational and commercially effective
- Support campaign messaging and creative direction alongside the marketing team
- Pinterest & Inspiration Platforms
- Curate aspirational lifestyle and product-led content
- Develop mood boards and inspiration concepts to support campaigns and product launches
- Trend & Competitor Awareness
- Monitor competitor activity, design trends and wider lifestyle branding
- Stay ahead of trends across interiors, fashion, creative campaigns and social aesthetics
- Bring fresh creative thinking and inspiration into the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within a creative brand, styling or visual marketing role
- Strong understanding of branding, creative direction and visual storytelling
- Experience working with photography, CGI or creative production
- Exceptional eye and understanding of interior styling, composition and detail
- Strong understanding of aspirational lifestyle brands
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for interiors, design and emerging trends
