Cult & Boutique Wine Management is a leading, London-based fine wine investment brokerage with well over a decade of experience helping private clients build profitable wine portfolios. Alongside our core investment services, we host a burgeoning online wine retail store (CB Uncorked), as well as offer curated wine tastings, luxury corporate gifting, and bespoke travel experiences through our lifestyle arm (CB Wrapped). We blend market insight with a passion for fine wine, delivering tailored services at the intersection of investment and appreciation.
The Role
Being a multi-faceted role, you will be undertaking various key responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Preparing and distributing all digital and hard-copy documentation
- Logging and monitoring all incoming and outgoing invoicing
- Organising and tracking stock allocation
Office management
- Providing in-office support to all departments
- Assisting with all internal requests regarding scheduling, logistics, and office supplies
- Arranging the packaging and postage of wines
Client-facing communication
- Managing client correspondence and directing queries to relevant departments
- Fielding incoming calls to the office
- Providing a warm welcome to all guests and clients

- Salesforce CRM experience
- Knowledge about the fine wine market, or investment markets in general
