About The Role

We are currently seeking an Intelligence Manager to work onsite in Central London. This position is full time and in-person. Considerations will be given to alternative flexible working arrangements (such as compressed hours) for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do In Your New Role

  • Manage relationships with existing service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings with service providers in line with policy & regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for various parties.
  • Research and develop new opportunities for relationships with service providers.
  • Ensure best practice is adhered to in line with government guidance.
  • Ensure requirements are articulated to service providers and be the main conduit for information between internal and external providers.
  • Support cross departmental engagement through the development and maintenance of strong collaborative working relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing insight to support decision making.
  • Comply with governance and staff requirements through the generation of the operational record keeping and staff work.

Required Qualifications

  • Holds in date Security Clearance or above.
  • Good understanding of relationship management.
  • Good understanding of military operations and the planning process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate complex operational requirements.
  • Strong IT skills, including word-processing, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise and reprioritise against complex and competing work-strands against strict deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in primary qualitative research and human-source data collection.
  • Experience in operational risk management.
  • Experience in writing formal policy, procedures and documentation.
  • UK Citizen.
