To provide continual support to the Team Leader in all aspects relating to the smooth running of the shop floor. To carry out instructions from the Production Manager and Team Leader in all aspects of the role, including the personal control of job time bookings and document control in respect of drawings and quality plans. To produce a consistently high standard of fabricated items, meeting production deadlines and cost targets. To ensure the team’s compliance with quality, Health, Safety.
