1. JOB PURPOSE The role of the Projects Document Controller is to provide support to the Projects Delivery team by ensuring the day to day reporting and general administrative tasks assigned are completed within required timescales and efficiently. To understand and review the ISO accreditation and ensure compliance. 2. JOB ACTIVITIES Support Projects Delivery team with day-to-day reporting (Running jet reports and emailing teams etc) General administrative tasks assigned by the Projects Delivery team and helping other department with the management of project specific documentation Look at the company ISO accreditation and ensure compliance while also looking at improvements to what we do and how we do it Look into improving how projects data is stored and how easy to find it is Auditing projects process (CADMID) and reporting 3. SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure the Head of Commercial Projects is made aware of any potential or existing problems with ISO or projects documentation Continually investigate and implement areas of improvement to make the processes within the Projects team or CDL more efficient and robust. Work under own initiative with the ability to plan workloads around the requirements of the department and CDL. To provide assistance to the PMs or CDL as and when requested by the Projects Delivery Manager 4.
