Retail Sales and Weighbridge Supervisor
Based at our Netherhills site in Whitminster, GL2 7PD
Full Time - Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm plus 2 Saturday mornings per month, 8:00am-12:00pm
Competitive salary: £34,000-£38,000
The Role:
You'll play a vital role in managing our daily retail operations and overseeing weighbridge activities at our busy aggregates and weighbridge sales counter.
This is a varied and energetic role where you'll:
- Lead customer interactions and provide excellent service
- Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
- Coordinate and plan deliveries
- Oversee weighbridge operations
- Work closely with the yard team to maintain operational efficiency and safety
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for customers
We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working with both customers and a busy operational team.
