Retail Sales and Weighbridge Supervisor Based at our Netherhills site in Whitminster, GL2 7PD Full Time - Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm plus 2 Saturday mornings per month, 8:00am-12:00pm Competitive salary: £34,000-£38,000 The Role: You'll play a vital role in managing our daily retail operations and overseeing weighbridge activities at our busy aggregates and weighbridge sales counter. This is a varied and energetic role where you'll: Lead customer interactions and provide excellent service Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes Coordinate and plan deliveries Oversee weighbridge operations Work closely with the yard team to maintain operational efficiency and safety Help create a welcoming and professional environment for customers We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working with both customers and a busy operational team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
