We are looking for a reliable and experienced Loading Shovel Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently to move, load, and handle materials on site. This role is essential to ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining high safety standards, and supporting day-to-day production and logistics activities.

Based at our Netherhills depot in Whitminster, near Gloucester, GL2 7PD.

Full Time, Mon-Fri 07:30-17:00 and every other Saturday 08:00-12:00.

£13.00 per hour (45 hours minimum with a 30 minute unpaid break).

  • Previous experience operating a loading shovel (essential).
  • Valid loading shovel licence or accredited training (NPORS / CPCS) preferred.
  • Experience working in a quarry, aggregates, waste, or recycling environment.
  • Additional tickets (telehandler, forklift, excavator, etc.) preferred.
