Cullimore Dutton is making a strategic leadership hire within its Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm’s commercial property income stream, which is a core part of our current revenue and long-term business strategy. You will have genuine influence across the firm and responsibility for outcomes — not just your own caseload. This role will suit someone looking for autonomy, visibility, and accountability, and who enjoys shaping and leading a function rather than operating in isolation.
Leadership expectations
- Own and lead the commercial property offering
- Be accountable for financial performance, billing discipline, and lock-up
- Act as an external ambassador for the firm
- Influence standards, behaviour, and decision-making beyond your own matters
Technical experience
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical capability, including:
- Option agreements
- Overage agreements
- Development-related transactions
- Commercial leases and disposals
Business development & leadership capability
- A proven ability to win work through relationships rather than price
- Confidence working with agents, developers, accountants, IFAs, and other referrers
- A willingness to protect and grow an established income stream
- Comfort mentoring others and setting standards within a small or evolving team
- Accountability for financial performance, not just personal billings
