At Culligan UK Limited, our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences that lead to long-lasting relationships. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Retention Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in retaining our valued customers.

Role overview

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, this role supports Culligan UK's ability to plan efficiently the refurbishment of products whilst ensuring the smooth transition of products moving in and out of distribution centres. Working closely with key stakeholders on the site, this role is vital for ensuring stock levels are maintained and reduces risk to customer shortages. This is an office-based role in Fillongley. Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage production schedules and workflows between depots.
  • Coordinate the refurb and warehouse team ensuring effective task allocation and prioritisation.
  • Communicate with depots and logistics planner on the movement of goods between sites.
  • Attend production meetings, providing clear updates on Refurb status, progress, and potential delays.
  • Communicate any production issues or delays to the Head of Production manager.
  • Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on demand, lead times and scrap rate, with close collaboration with Demand and Supply Controllers.
  • Work closely with Demand and Supply team on forecast and long term strategy.
  • Maintain data and any changes required in ERP system.
  • Ensure and promote compliance to Company policies and procedures.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement within our supplier base and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Production Planning role, ideally within a FMCG company.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and present KPI's to senior leadership team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP and Scheduling systems is required.
