The Inside Sales Manager will take charge of a dynamic team dedicated to nurturing and enhancing relationships with our valued customers. This position is pivotal in propelling revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and boosting retention through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and empower our inside sales team dedicated to account management, fostering a culture of high performance and enthusiasm
- Strategy Execution: Develop and enhance sales strategies aimed at maximising upsell, cross-sell, and driving initiatives for customer growth
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage sales pipelines with a keen eye on opportunity advancement, ensuring precision in forecasting
