Position Overview
We are seeking a BFC Technician to join our dynamic team at Culligan UK Limited. As a BFC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our water filtration systems. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for growth within an established company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and perform installations of water filtration systems
- Execute repairs, services, exchanges, and collections on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely management of stock and inventory, ensuring all necessary parts are available for service tasks
- Work within tight daily schedules while managing tasks efficiently
- Attend our Service Centre as required to replenish supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
