This role offers you the opportunity to take full ownership—planning, executing, optimising, and driving success across channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, and CRO—all while being hands-on and making a tangible impact.

You will be accountable for delivering measurable pipeline and lead growth, with a keen eye on budget management, accurate forecasting, and maximising ROI. Collaborating closely with agency partners and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns are not only executed flawlessly but also continually optimised to achieve outstanding commercial results.

In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape our digital growth strategy by linking marketing performance directly to sales success, while developing scalable acquisition and conversion frameworks across the full funnel. Serving as the essential connector between marketing, sales, digital teams, and external partners, you will ensure seamless alignment from campaign strategy all the way through to revenue generation.

Key Focus Areas
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Own end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliates.
    • Plan and forecast budgets across channels, optimising allocation to maximise ROI and pipeline contribution.
    • Develop full-funnel strategies spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion.
    • Continuously test, learn, and optimise targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance.
  • Commercial Performance & Forecasting
    • Own channel budgets, forecasts, and performance pacing against targets.
    • Track and optimise key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
    • Build robust forecasting models and scenario plans to guide investment decisions.
  • ECommerce and Online Account Management
    • Align with the eCommerce manager to support our eCommerce development into Culligan mywater portal, defining strategy for customer self-serve, consumables ordering, and account management.
    • Drive adoption and engagement to increase customer lifetime value and operational efficiency.
    • Develop longer-term strategies for online acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Tracking, Attribution & Performance Analytics
    • Work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are tracked properly across platforms including Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and ad platform pixels.
    • Apply advanced measurement approaches, understanding attribution limitations and leveraging testing and incrementality.
  • Website, SEO & Conversion Optimisation
    • Implement SEO strategies to grow high-quality organic traffic.
    • Lead CRO initiatives including landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and user journey improvements.
    • Act as the key connector between marketing, sales, digital, and external partners. Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders on performance and ROI.

  • Bring 5–8 years of dynamic experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or lead generation settings.
  • Demonstrate mastery across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, and CRO, driving impactful campaigns that stand out.
