The Role
We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work : Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
- Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
- Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
- Report any potential failures
- Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.
Requirements
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
