Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join our Bottling team in Fillongley. This role is vital for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and for maintaining our production lines efficiently.

Hours of work: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Requirements

Core Role & Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor automated production machinery in line with standard operating procedures
  • Carry out routine product quality inspections to ensure all items meet required specifications and standards
  • Identify, report, and where possible rectify minor faults or inconsistencies in production processes
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records where required
  • Safely operate a forklift truck to move raw materials, finished goods, and waste within the site
  • Load and unload materials to and from production lines and storage areas
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled, packaged, and stored
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with housekeeping and health & safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Additional Information:

  • Heavy lifting may be required
  • During peak months, individuals may be expected to work additional hours to maintain service levels & holiday restrictions may apply
  • Attend training courses deemed necessary

  • Previous experience of working on a production line
  • FLT Counterbalance trained
