The Inside Sales Manager will take charge of a dynamic team dedicated to nurturing and enhancing relationships with our valued customers. This position is pivotal in propelling revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and boosting retention through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and empower our inside sales team dedicated to account management, fostering a culture of high performance and enthusiasm.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and enhance sales strategies aimed at maximising upsell, cross-sell, and driving initiatives for customer growth.
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage sales pipelines with a keen eye on opportunity advancement, ensuring precision in forecasting.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team KPIs, guarantee the consistent execution of sales initiatives, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver seamless customer journeys and enhance retention rates.

- Demonstrated success in guiding an Inside Sales or Account Management team, ideally within a B2B environment
- Deep comprehension of sales strategies, customer journey management, and performance enhancement techniques
- Expertise in CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven history of achieving revenue goals as a team and fostering ongoing improvement
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
