Join our dynamic Sales team as a full-time Inside Account Executive, fueled by our exciting growth journey! In this dynamic role, you\’ll take charge of nurturing and enhancing relationships with our valued customers. Your mission will be to uncover and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, propelling profitable revenue growth while ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. What this role involves:

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • CRM Utilisation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Marketing, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build sales pipeline for existing customer upsell and cross sell activities.
  • When required, work with Customer Experience and shared service teams to maximise customer retention, satisfaction, service delivery and account health.
  • Support the development of a sales pipeline with a focus on active opportunity and value creation. Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are aware of new solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an account management, customer services or inside sales role.
  • Understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
