Culligan UK Limited, Haydock, is seeking a Service Centre Manager to run the daily operations of the Haydock Service Centre. This 40-hour week is Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met to deliver excellent service to customers in the region.
You will lead a team of Water Delivery Drivers, Technicians and Stock/Inventory Controllers, ensure vehicle compliance, coordinate with training, and manage stock, ERP usage and customer service excellence.
