Culligan UK Limited is currently looking for a skilled FM Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the Facilities Management sector, ensuring delivery of exceptional service and achievement of sales targets. You will act as the primary liaison between Culligan and our FM clients, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their water filtration and hydration needs. Your role will involve maintaining strong client relationships, managing contract negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate multi-level relationships (procurement to board) at all FM; position Culligan as trusted advisor. Work with KAE’s and KAM’s across all verticals to activate the framework agreements put into place.
  • Commercial Profitability: Actively ensure that end user locations are profitable, by carrying out analysis to identify largest impact sites, determining the correct service, pricing level and other levers needed, then implementing change, in line with business objectives.
  • New-Logo Acquisition: Be the enabler to close high-value opportunities. Forecasting run QBRs in collaboration with the National FM Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing on vertical campaigns, with Ops on SLA attainment, and Finance on pricing. Voice of Customer partner with Product in designing pilots or bundles that create competitive moat.
  • Risk Management: Identify at-risk revenue, drive remediation plans, and uphold Culligan’s safety.
