We’re thrilled to share an amazing opportunity for a Talent Advisor to become a part of our Culligan talent team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our expanding businesses by attracting and introducing exceptional talent to their teams across various locations in the UK and Ireland.

In the role of Talent Advisor, you'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a reliable talent service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for hiring managers and new team members across the Culligan UKI Group.

  • To actively support hiring managers on the Topgrading recruitment process to ensure consistency in every hiring process.
  • Take ownership of multiple vacancies within different business units and manage recruitment activity via our ATS.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to undertake talent needs assessment to identify future talent needs based on business objectives and growth plans.
  • Optimise different tools available via ATS to ensure we continue to provide a positive recruitment process.
  • Culligan Apprenticeship programme coordination; Support creation of recruitment learning materials on our LMS platform.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment focused role.

Understanding of LMS and employee development.

In-depth knowledge and experience of using different recruitment methods.
