Take on a dynamic dual role as both the FP&A lead and transformation project manager, championing performance transparency and enhancement across UK business units. Partner closely with the UKI CEO and leadership team to provide sharp financial insights, shape impactful performance strategies, and spearhead cross-BU initiatives that drive swift and meaningful results.
Performance Management and FP&A
- Own consolidation of UK BUs monthly and YTD financial performance (actuals vs plan)
- Produce clear, insight-driven performance packs with risks, opportunities, and actions
- Track delivery against targets and ensure accountability across BUs
Business Partnering and Performance Improvement
- Partner with UKI CEO to define guidance and actions for performance improvement across BUs
- Support BU MDs and leadership teams with data-driven insights and challenge
- Translate financial performance into clear operational priorities and interventions
Cross-BU Project Coordination
- Coordinate and drive execution of cross-BU initiatives and transformation projects
- Ensure alignment, pace, and delivery across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Track milestones, dependencies, and value delivery
Governance and Cadence
- Establish robust performance review cadence (monthly, quarterly) across UK BUs
- Drive consistency in reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Prepare materials for UKI leadership and group reviews
- Prepare materials for weekly and monthly Executive read-outs and SLT leadership meetings
Data and Insights
- Develop and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across BUs
- Identify structural performance gaps and improvement levers
Academic Qualification
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience
- Solid experience in FP&A and financial analysis
- Comfortable collaborating and partnering with senior stakeholders
- A strong history of successfully leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
